Do not ask the dead for help, seriously

O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.

[Qur'aan 2:153]

When you face problems, you do not go the graves of dead people and ask them for help.

This is not the way of a Muslim.

You follow the example of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam).

You do not go to the grave of Abd al-Qaadir Jilaani and yell O Abd al-Qaadir help me.

You do not go to the grave of Ibn 'Arabi and yell Ya Sheikh help.

You do not go to anyone's grave and ask for help.

Rather, you follow the example of the best of creation (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam).

Hudhaifah said:

When anything distressed the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam), he prayed.

[Sunan Abi Dawud Hadith No. 1319]

Follow the Qur'aan and Sunnah. Do not ask dead people to help you. They cannot do anything for you.

Follow the way of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam).

Success lies in following only the Qur'aan and the Sunnah.
